Yesterday was the best BK class ever!!!XD Its not because of no sparring, its that i learn a lot of things...atleast its better than usual,cause Grandmaster L is teaching!!!XD

I sleep kinda late yesterday...yea, very late!!! This morning, i have a very bad headache, how won't i say " nak mati tak mati "...or maybe its because i sat beside VG "virus attack"...haha...just kidding!!!XD Thanks to lot of teacher i sleep a lot in class (Arigatou~)

TKD class goes on as usual...but i can't seen to make my back kick right, practice~ practice~XD
